Liverpool Community Led Housing Programme

Phase-one expressions of interest are closed and future phases have not been confirmed. The programme concerns disposal of vacant council land and buildings for community-led housing, rather than a cash grant. General site enquiries do not establish an open asset round. Eligible third-sector bodies include charities, specified asset-locked CICs and community benefit societies. Proposals need community consent, lasting stewardship and protected local social benefit. Check the current council notice and property listings before expressing interest. Approved proposals progress through business planning, feasibility, planning consent and conditional asset disposal.
