1. About Grant Match

Grant Match ("we", "us", "our") provides a grant discovery service at grantmatch.co.uk. By creating an account or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Grant Match aggregates publicly available UK government grant information and matches it to your profile. We are an information service only. We do not award grants, process applications, or guarantee funding outcomes.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Grant Match.

4. Free and Premium Plans

• Free plan: all matched grants visible, sector and location matching, weekly email digest. No credit card required.
• Premium plan: eligibility checks, application tools, personalised alerts, keyword search, and advanced filters at £19.99/month.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Payment and Cancellation

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep grant information accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any grant listing. Always verify details directly with the funding body before applying.

7. Limitation of Liability

Grant Match is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed grant deadlines or unsuccessful applications.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute grant data from our platform.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Resell or commercially exploit the service without our written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

GrantMatch provides information about UK funding opportunities and tools to help assess eligibility and prepare applications. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Some funding programmes may include loan or match-funding components.
