Creative Industries Clusters round 2 (invite only)

This grant funds Creative Industries Clusters to tackle challenges in the creative sector. You can get up to £27 million to run applied research and development projects. The focus is on boosting regional economic growth in specific areas or creative sub-sectors. You must be based at a UK research organisation that can receive AHRC funding. This is an invite-only programme, so you cannot apply directly. The funding supports clusters that bring together researchers and creative businesses.

This grant is for UK research organisations that are eligible for AHRC funding. You need to be invited to participate. It is not for individual creative businesses or organisations that are not research-focused.

Apply for funding to deliver a Creative Industries Cluster to address a challenge for the creative industries in a specific geography, sub-sector or both. Clusters should focus on regional economic growth through applied Research & Development (R&D).You must be based at a UK research organisation eligible for AHRC funding.
