Defra Farming Innovation Investor Partnership 2026

UK registered small and medium businesses can apply for a share of up to £5 million to develop innovative farming solutions. You must work with selected private investor partners who will also invest money. This is part of Defra's programme to boost farming innovation. The funding helps develop new technologies and methods for agriculture. You need to be a micro, small or medium enterprise registered in the UK. Private investors must match your application with their own funding. Applications appear to be on a rolling basis with no set deadline.
