Forever Notts (Brian Treffry and Joan Oliver Fund) Grants

Brian Treffry and Joan Oliver Fund (Nottinghamshire)

Forever Notts (Brian Treffry and Joan Oliver Fund)

The Brian Treffry and Joan Oliver Fund offers small grants of up to £500 to support art in Nottinghamshire. It helps young people aged 16 to 25 who show talent in fine art. It also helps community groups that run art work or art therapy activities. Brian Treffry Oliver set up the fund in loving memory of his wife, Joan. After he passed away, the fund was renamed as he had asked. Forever Notts now runs it. The grant can pay for things like art materials, extra training, exhibition space, or help towards higher education fees. The list is not complete, so other art costs may also be considered. The fund is open now. It opened on 19 January 2026. If you are applying as an individual, you will need to share a CV and some photographs of your artwork. You must also give details of a sponsor who can write you a reference, such as a teacher. Tell the funder what you plan to spend the grant on. If you are applying for a community group, send a brief description of your group, a copy of your constitution, and a note of what the grant will pay for. One thing to bear in mind: individuals must live in the county of Nottinghamshire, and groups must be based there. For more information, you can call Forever Notts on 01623 620202.
