Community Benefit Fund for Crick and Kilsby

GrantScape (Daintree Wind Farm Ltd)

The Community Benefit Fund for Crick and Kilsby gives community grants in the two parishes of Crick and Kilsby in Northamptonshire. The money comes from the local wind farm, which Airvolution Energy developed. The funder page gives differing details about who currently owns the wind farm, so this listing does not name an owner. The fund has £12,000 available each year. It is split equally between the two parishes, so Crick and Kilsby each have £6,000 a year to give out. The fund first opened to applications in February 2015. Each parish has its own fund, with its own criteria, application form and list of past grants. You apply to either the Community Fund for Crick or the Community Fund for Kilsby, depending on where your project is. Read the criteria for your parish before you start, because they set out what that fund will support. The next closing date is Wednesday 7 April 2027 at midnight. Decisions are due by the end of June 2027, so plan your project around that timescale. If you need money before then, this round may not suit you. One practical point: each parish pot is £6,000 for the whole year. That sum covers all the grants made in that parish in a year, and it is not a limit on, or the size of, a single award. The grants awarded list for each parish shows the kinds of projects the fund has backed before, which can help you shape your request.
