Full details from GrantScape (funded by Aston Clinton Solar Farm Limited)

The Gib Lane Community Fund, from Gib Lane Solar Farm south-east of Aylesbury and run by GrantScape, has about £16,000 in 2026 for community projects in four Buckinghamshire parishes, split by how much of the solar farm sits in each: Bierton 38% (£6,080), Hulcott 14% (£2,240), Aston Clinton 29% (£4,640) and Buckland 19% (£3,040). Groups can apply for £250 up to their parish's maximum. It funds energy efficiency and small renewable projects, projects for school-age children or older people, and other community projects for local residents. It cannot fund commercial organisations, private members-only clubs, projects that only benefit one individual, narrowly religious or party political projects, statutory responsibilities or work that starts before a grant contract is issued. There is one round a year; the next closes at midnight on 29 September 2027.
