Full details from PAVO (Powys Association of Voluntary Organisations)
PAVO offers grants of up to £500 to help young people in Powys turn ideas into community action. Projects must be planned and led by young people aged 14 to 25 and create volunteering opportunities that make a positive difference locally, contributing to at least one of the seven Well-being Goals for Wales. Past projects include community gardens, environmental work, fundraising for charities, support for young carers and community arts. Extra funding can help remove barriers to volunteering, such as travel or caring costs. Money must be spent by 31 March 2027.
The young people leading the project complete the application form on the PAVO Youth Led Grant Scheme page. Contact PAVO for help with your idea or the form.
