Rolling (always open)
UKRI offers three-month policy internships for doctoral students in 2026. You must be a current UKRI-funded PhD student. The internship happens at influential policy organisations. It forms part of your existing doctoral studies. You do not get extra funding as this uses your current studentship money. The internship gives you policy experience while completing your PhD. No separate application deadline is mentioned.
