You Decide

You Decide gives communities direct control over funding decisions. The programme sets aside at least 5% of £500 million annual funding for England. This means at least £25 million per year goes to community-led projects. Communities can decide what projects get funded in their area. The programme runs on a rolling basis with no set deadlines. You can apply throughout the year. The funding covers England only. Specific amounts and eligibility criteria are not yet published.

We want to directly involve communities in how we work and give out funding. We’ll dedicate at least 5% of our £500 million funding for England each year to You Decide.
