The Department for Transport is offering up to £150 million for clean maritime solutions. You can get between £1,000 and £30 million to develop and test zero emission vessels and electric power systems. The funding covers three years of development, deployment and operation in real world conditions. You must be a UK registered organisation to apply. The deadline is 16 September 2026. This is specifically for innovative maritime technology that produces zero emissions. You will need to demonstrate your solution works in actual operating conditions, not just in a lab.
