believe housing Community Development Fund (Crook, Willington, Sunnybrow and Billy Row)

Grants of £5,000 to £20,000 per project from believe housing's Community Development Fund for community groups, voluntary organisations and not-for-profit organisations delivering projects that address local priorities in Crook, Willington, Sunnybrow and Billy Row in south-west County Durham. Priorities are positive opportunities for young people, employability and skills, reducing isolation and improving wellbeing, and reducing antisocial behaviour. Projects must include revenue costs and usually run for nine to 12 months; up to half the grant can be capital after a conversation with the team. The process starts with an expression of interest. Applications close on 23 October 2026 (4pm).
