Full details from Cotswolds National Landscape
Caring for the Cotswolds grants from the Cotswolds National Landscape offer £500 to £5,000 for high-quality projects that can be delivered fairly quickly under one of three themes. Nature covers biodiversity and landscape features such as ponds, orchards, veteran trees and wildflowers. Communities covers access to the countryside, especially for underserved groups, and learning about the area's natural and cultural heritage. Climate covers mitigation and adaptation, from repair cafes and community food growing to natural flood management and tree planting. Applications are welcome all year and go to panels after each deadline; the next are 10 January, 11 April and 30 May 2027. Grants do not cover 100% of costs.
Download the guidance and project workbook from the Caring for the Cotswolds page, then submit the online application form with the completed workbook. Contact the Grants Coordinator, Rebecca Foster (rebecca.foster@cotswolds-nl.org.uk), to discuss your idea first.
