The Charity Service Cinderella Grants (respite and short breaks)

Grants of up to £3,000 for groups and up to £1,000 for individuals from The Charity Service's Cinderella Grants towards respite care, short breaks, holidays, out-of-school clubs and group activities for children and young people under 25 who are sick, disabled, have special educational needs or are otherwise disadvantaged, in Greater Manchester, East Lancashire, North East Cheshire and North West Derbyshire. Charities, constituted groups and CICs can apply, and individual applications must be made by a sponsor such as a social worker, GP or teacher. Funding is normally only for families who cannot pay and where the council cannot provide, and must be approved before the activity. Applications close on 27 November 2026 (4pm).
