Full details from Cheltenham Borough Council

Cheltenham Borough Council's Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy Fund shares £230,000 among community-led projects that deliver publicly accessible physical improvements in the non-parished parts of Cheltenham, with social, environmental or economic aims. The money comes from developer levies and is meant to meet the demands development places on an area, including progress towards net zero; bids from areas of greatest need are especially welcome. Eligible areas are All Saints, Benhall, the Reddings and Fiddlers Green, College, Hesters Way, Lansdown, St Marks, St Pauls, St Peters and Springbank, plus the non-parished parts of Battledown, Charlton Park, Oakley, Park, Pittville, Swindon Village and Warden Hill. The closing date is 10am on Tuesday 15 December 2026.

How to apply

Read the guidelines and complete the online Neighbourhood CIL application form linked from the Cheltenham Borough Council page in one sitting. For bids of £10,000 or more, also send the climate impact assessment tool to the community services team.
