Cheshire West and Chester Community Investment Fund

Grants of up to £100,000 from Cheshire West and Chester Council's £897,000 Community Investment Fund for preventative, community led work that helps residents earlier and reduces the need for statutory services. There are four tiers: Innovation (below £5,000), Prevention Pilots (£5,001 to £50,000), Scale and Sustainability (£50,001 to £100,000) and Learning and Evaluation (up to £40,000). The first window covers SEND inclusion and school readiness, parental confidence, volunteering and life skills, and earlier financial and digital support. A second window runs from 16 November to 14 December 2026 with different priorities. Applications are made through Plinth. Applications close on 4 November 2026.
