Grants of up to £50,000 from Chesterfield Borough Council's Community Grants Fund for not-for-profit community groups and voluntary organisations in Chesterfield borough. Most awards are £500 to £6,000, with a portion set aside for larger capital projects of up to £50,000. Projects should build resilient, healthy and safe neighbourhoods, develop volunteering, or reduce the borough's climate and environmental impact. More than £250,000 is available in 2026/27, funded by the Community Infrastructure Levy neighbourhood portion and Chesterfield Town Board's Pride in Place programme. You must talk to a Community Development Worker before applying. Tranches 3 and 4 are planned for June and September 2027. Applications close on 23 October 2026.
