Devon County Council Growing Communities Fund 2026/27

Devon County Council's Growing Communities Fund gives small grants, usually £500 to £1,000, for practical community projects that build self reliance and resilience, improve mental health and wellbeing, tackle loneliness, and reduce food and fuel hardship. It can fund warm, welcoming spaces, food and essentials, low cost cooking, budgeting advice, peer support and volunteer recruitment, covering project and core costs and small capital items. Organisations need an income under £250,000, and at least 75% of beneficiaries must live in the Devon County Council area. Repeat applications in the same financial year cannot be considered. Applications are open at any time until January 2027 or until funds run out, with decisions usually within two weeks.
