This fund offers microgrants of up to £1,000 to local groups in the area around the Fraisthorpe Wind Farm in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Microgrants up to £1,000 are open year-round, subject to available funds. They support charitable activities that improve local life, community resources and participation. The separate £1,001 to £15,000 larger-grant round is closed and is expected to reopen in 2027. Its April 2026 deadline does not apply to microgrants. Local voluntary and community groups, small charities and not-for-profit organisations based in or serving Barmston and Fraisthorpe, Carnaby, and the part of Bridlington south of Bessingby Road and Hilderthorpe Road. The fund page requires at least six months of operation. Applicants need charitable governing rules, three unrelated decision-makers and an organisation bank account with two unrelated signatories. Guidance targets annual income below £500,000. Parish councils may apply for wholly charitable work outside their usual remit.
