Full details from The Gannochy Trust

The Gannochy Trust gives around £5 million a year, mostly to registered charities working in Perth and Kinross, in line with the wishes of its founder A. K. Bell. It offers project, core and capital funding: small grants of up to £10,000 a year, main grants of up to £30,000 a year and major grants of over £30,000 a year, each for up to three years (capital bids use a two-stage process). Work should improve quality of life, improve the built and natural environment for community use, or develop and inspire children and young people aged 0 to 21. A Youth Panel Fund, decided by young people, supports youth activity, voice and wellbeing. Charities new to the trust, or unfunded for ten years, should apply for one year only. Outside Perth and Kinross, only recent Rest of Scotland grant holders can apply.

How to apply

Read the 2022 to 2027 Grant Strategy and guidance on the Gannochy Trust website, check the exclusions, then apply using the forms on the Applying for a grant page. Capital projects go through a two-stage process.
