Cyngor Gwynedd Welsh Church Fund

Cyngor Gwynedd's Welsh Church Fund gives registered charities in Gwynedd grants of up to £5,000 for capital or revenue costs of new projects or services that benefit the people of Gwynedd. Projects should promote Welsh arts and literature; provide facilities for leisure, entertainment or social activity; or promote architectural, historical or scientific interest in Wales. Typical applicants include local eisteddfodau, arts, education, sport and leisure, and conservation charities, and charities supporting sick or disabled people. The fund is open now, and applications under £1,000 can be made at any time and are usually processed within four working weeks. Organisations funded cannot reapply for three years. Religious or sectarian activities are not funded.
