Hammersmith and Fulham Council, with H&F Giving, is offering grants of up to £20,000 from a £225,000 fund to local community and voluntary organisations supporting residents in financial hardship and material deprivation. About half the money is for prevention and resilience work, such as advice, benefits take-up and financial inclusion, and half for direct crisis support, such as food, essential items, furniture and appliances, utilities and transport. Grants can combine both. Priority groups include families with children, single parents, care leavers, disabled residents, people with long-term illness, older people and carers. The fund is backed by the Crisis and Resilience Fund 2026 to 2029. Applications close at midday on Wednesday 28 October 2026.
