Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) helps businesses work with universities to solve innovation challenges. You partner with an academic institution to tackle specific business problems. A graduate works in your business for 1-3 years on the project. The government covers most of the costs including the graduate's salary. You get access to university expertise and research facilities. This is available to businesses across Scotland. Applications are accepted throughout the year. You need to find an academic partner before applying.
