Grants of up to £1,000 from the Lancaster Community Fund, run by Lancaster City Council and Lancaster District CVS, for volunteer-led charities and community groups in Lancaster District delivering projects and activities for local people. Priorities are community involvement and resilience, carbon reduction and sustainability, and individual and community wellbeing. Grassroots initiatives, work in disadvantaged areas and groups that have not had a recent grant are particularly welcome. Eligibility rules changed for 2026/27, so read the guidance first. A further round runs in February 2027. Applications close on 1 November 2026 (1pm).
