Projects must focus on one of three themes: Youth Provision, Levelling Up the Community, or Climate Action. The fund operates on a rolling basis with no set deadlines. Councillors choose which schemes or projects to nominate in their area. This is not an open application process. You need to approach your local Essex County Councillor first.
