Full details from Oxfordshire Community Foundation
Grants of £10,000 to £50,000 from Oxfordshire Community Foundation's Step Change Fund for charitable organisations that need to transform the way they are organised to build a stronger base for their core work, for example by increasing capacity, becoming more cost-effective or improving sustainability. Every grant comes with a volunteer project manager, usually someone experienced in business strategy or management. Core, project and capital costs can be covered, and spending can be planned over a year or more. Total grants are capped at £75,000 and will not normally exceed 30% of the applicant's annual income. Applications go through a three-stage process starting with an eligibility questionnaire. The next closing date is midday on Friday 30 October 2026.
Start with the eligibility questionnaire linked from the Step Change Fund page on the Oxfordshire Community Foundation website. The fund uses a three-stage process before any award, and the next closing date for submissions is midday on 30 October 2026.
