Radius Housing's Community Chest, now in its eighth year, gives tenants, service users and small groups working within Radius communities in Northern Ireland the chance to apply for £250 to £1,000. In 2025/26 it funded 48 projects worth over £38,000, many in partnership with councils, voluntary and statutory agencies and residents' associations, to strengthen community development, improve health and wellbeing and help residents spend meaningful time together. Radius is keen to help groups with a good idea develop it. The 2026/27 round is currently open.
