Full details from GrantScape (funded by REG Windpower)

The Ramsey Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund, from REG Windpower and run by GrantScape, has £40,000 a year for capital or revenue community projects in the parishes of Ramsey, Bury, and Upwood and the Raveleys in Cambridgeshire. Grants run from £250 to £20,000. The money is notionally split 60% for Ramsey and 20% each for Bury and for Upwood and the Raveleys, with any shortfall shared out. Groups can get grants in up to three consecutive years, then must take a year off. It cannot fund commercial organisations, private members-only clubs, projects that only benefit one individual, narrowly religious or party political projects, statutory responsibilities or work that starts before a grant contract is issued. Core running costs are not funded. There is one round a year (a second only if money is left), so plan ahead; the next closes at midnight on 1 September 2027.
