Full details from Norfolk Community Foundation (SWEF)

Norfolk Community Foundation offers SWEF grants for young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 30 who live and work in Norfolk. Start-up grants of up to £500 help launch businesses that are pre-revenue or earning under £500 a month, and business grants of up to £2,000 help businesses trading under three years with turnover above £500 a month. Funding can pay for accredited training, equipment, prototypes and product development, websites or booking systems, marketing and uniforms. SWEF does not fund salaries, rent, debt, software or app development, or new IT hardware other than cameras. Applicants must show financial need (for example receiving Universal Credit) and that they have already taken steps to get the business going. Applications are rolling, though the fund may close at times when money is fully allocated.
