Grants of up to £500 a year per group from Wakefield Council's Community Development Fund for voluntary, recreational and community groups in the Wakefield District, to support their development or activities that address inequalities in health and wellbeing. Constituted groups, CIOs, charitable companies, CICs and national organisations based and working in the district can apply. Complete applications are assessed at a monthly panel, with the next deadlines on 23 November 2026, 21 December 2026, 18 January 2027 and 15 February 2027. There is no fixed deadline, so you can apply at any time while funds last.
