Can't sign in?
Don't worry, your saved grants and work are safe. These steps sort out most sign-in problems in a couple of minutes.
1. Use the same way in as when you joined
- If you joined with the "Continue with Google" button, use that button again. You won't have a GrantMatch password.
- If you joined with your email address and a password, type the same email address and your password.
- Not sure? Try "Continue with Google" first if you use Gmail or a Google work account.
2. Forgotten your password
- On the sign-in page, enter your email address, then choose "Forgot password?".
- We'll email you a 6-digit code from noreply@grantmatch.co.uk. It's a code to type in, not a link to click.
- Type the code on the screen, then choose a new password. You'll be signed straight in.
3. Sign in without a password
- Enter your email address, then choose "Use another method" and "Email code".
- We'll email you a 6-digit code from notifications@grantmatch.co.uk. Type it in and you're in. No password needed.
4. If the code doesn't arrive
- Give it two minutes. Most codes arrive within seconds.
- Check your spam or junk folder. If you use BT, Yahoo or AOL email, open your webmail in a browser and look in Spam there, as some email apps hide it.
- Add noreply@grantmatch.co.uk and notifications@grantmatch.co.uk to your safe senders or contacts so future codes go to your inbox.
- Check you typed the email address you joined with. A code only goes to the address on your account.
- Choose "Resend" for a fresh code. Only the newest code works.
5. More than one account
- If you joined more than once with different email addresses, your Premium is on the account you paid with. Sign in with that email address.
- If you'd like your accounts joined up, email us and we'll sort it out for you.
