Ards and North Down Borough Council's Neighbourhood Tourism Fund offers £500 to £2,000 (up to 100% funded) to constituted not-for-profit organisations and charities in the borough for small neighbourhood tourism initiatives open to the public. The aim is to help local groups attract visitors, add to the tourism offer, increase visitor spend and dwell time in their town or village, and build volunteer capacity and civic pride, for example through tours, branded clothing for volunteer guides, audio equipment or display boards. There is one call in 2026/27, it is competitive, and only one application per group is allowed. Projects must be complete and claimed by 28 February 2027. Applications close at 12 noon on Monday 26 October 2026.
