Cardiff Community Housing Association's Community Benefit Fund offers grants of up to £500 to groups working within CCHA's communities. It can pay for day trips, community events, shared community equipment, sports kit and series of activities, and anything else that builds a greater sense of community with a focus on health, wellbeing, inclusion, employment, volunteering or learning. Applications must arrive at least six weeks before the money is needed and cannot cover activities that have already happened or alcohol. A panel of eight CCHA staff and five tenants meets every three months, and you can apply once per financial year.
Download the 2026 to 2027 application pack from the CCHA community benefits page and send it to socialvalue@ccha.org.uk at least six weeks before the activity. Return receipts, photos and a testimonial form within a month afterwards.
