Overview

The Cladding Safety Scheme pays for removing dangerous cladding from tall residential buildings. It covers buildings over 11 metres high, or 11-18 metres in London. The scheme addresses life safety fire risks from cladding. Funding ranges from £250,000 to £20 million per project. You have until 1 April 2030 to apply. The money must be used to make cladding safe on residential buildings. This scheme operates in England and Northern Ireland only.
