It is not for projects without an international partner or for individuals applying on behalf of festivals in the visual arts, architecture, design, fashion, or craft sectors.

This programme, provided by the British Council, supports new collaborative projects between artists, creative practitioners, cultural professionals and arts organisations to foster cross-cultural exchange, sharing of skills and knowledge, and development of lasting international relationships. A wide range of artforms and themes are eligible including architecture, design, fashion, creative technology, film, literature, music, theatre, dance, and visual arts. Projects can be delivered digitally, in person, or through a hybrid approach.
