Funding for community groups and organisations delivering projects of demonstrable benefit to communities within Eccles, Winton and Barton wards. A start-up grant of up to £150 is available for new community groups, and festival committees can receive up to £550. Applicants must meet Public Health criteria and demonstrate at least 25% match funding. Day trips, Christmas parties, complementary therapies, and CCTV equipment are not funded.
