This grant helps landlords install electric vehicle chargepoints and supporting infrastructure. Commercial landlords can get between £350 and £30,000 for chargepoints and infrastructure work. Residential landlords can get funding for chargepoints only. The scheme closes on 31 March 2026 for commercial landlords. Residential landlords have until 31 March 2027 to apply. You can use the money to install EV charging equipment and any infrastructure needed to support it. The grant is only available in England.

This grant is for landlords in England who want to install electric vehicle charging points. Commercial landlords can apply for both chargepoints and infrastructure grants. Residential landlords can only apply for chargepoint grants and have an extra year to apply.
