Full details from One Community Foundation (Kirklees Council)
Kirklees Council's Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) Community Coordination grants are run by One Community Foundation for voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations in Kirklees. Round three offers £2,000 to £10,000 for activity that makes the local support system work better together, so residents can get help faster, more consistently and without falling through gaps. Funding is structured around four support categories: community coordination and partnership working; referral pathways and access to support; community infrastructure and capability; and community insight, learning and co-production, plus other activity that clearly strengthens coordination between services. Groups can apply whether or not they were funded in earlier rounds. Round three opens on 2 November and closes on Sunday 22 November 2026; the earliest project start date is 21 December 2026, and all funds must be spent and monitoring returned by 20 March 2027.
Download the CRF application pack from One Community Foundation's funding page, read the Kirklees Council guidance and apply by Sunday 22 November 2026. Projects can start from 21 December 2026. Successful groups must return the council's M1 monitoring form by 20 March 2027; late or incorrect monitoring affects future applications.
