Full details from East Riding of Yorkshire Council (Lissett Wind Farm, Nadara)
The Lissett Wind Farm Community Fund receives an annual donation of around £110,000 from Nadara, owner and operator of the Lissett Airfield Wind Farm, and is administered by East Riding of Yorkshire Council. It funds educational, community, environmental, energy-efficiency and community amenity initiatives for public benefit in the East Wolds and Coastal ward, with a preference for initiatives near the wind farm. The Small Grant Fund, for requests under £1,000, is open now. The Main Grant fund is closed and reopens on 1 February 2027, with decisions in July 2027. Projects that show their own contribution are viewed more favourably; the panel suggests about 30% of costs, which can be cash, donations, loaned equipment, free use of land or buildings, or volunteer time.
