Regular Grants are below £100,000 and can support core running costs, capital works or specific projects. Eligible organisations can apply throughout the year, with no fixed submission deadline. The funder currently asks applicants to allow four to six months for a decision. Grants generally meet part of your costs, so explain how the rest will be funded. UK registered charities, CIOs and organisations with exempt or excepted charitable status, with at least one year of accounts. Individuals, CICs, community benefit societies, social enterprises and councils are excluded. Work should benefit the UK; the guidance also permits projects in UK Overseas Territories. Sector-specific restrictions apply to education, hospices, medical research and counselling. Retrospective activity, feasibility studies and one-off events are among the excluded costs. Complete the funder eligibility quiz and read the current guidelines. Prepare a proposal of no more than ten A4 pages, with at least 11-point type, and your latest accounts or annual return.
