- Provide two competitive quotes, evidence of need, land ownership or normally a ten-year lease, and planning consent where required.
- Payments are normally in arrears after completion; allow for cash flow and future maintenance.
Constituted not-for-profit organisations with a bank account, including parish or town councils, community groups, residents associations, sports clubs and schools. Projects must be in eligible areas of Northumberland, including the former Tynedale area, South East Northumberland and parts of North Northumberland, and provide wider public use. Individuals and businesses are excluded. Capital works and specialised sports equipment may qualify; routine maintenance and general grass-cutting machinery do not.
