Torbay on the Move Move More Grant 2026/27

Torbay Council's Move More grant scheme offers £500 to £2,000 to help the least active residents of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham become more physically active. It supports gentle, inclusive activities such as beginner walking groups, chair based exercise, community dance, cycling and swimming confidence sessions and family movement, with a focus on older and disabled residents, low income households, carers and people with long term or mental health conditions. It can pay for session delivery, instructors, volunteer training, equipment, venue hire, transport and access costs (marketing up to £100). Panels meet four times a year; the next deadline is 12 noon on 13 January 2027, then 12 noon on 3 March 2027.
