Grants of up to £2,000 from the Banks Property Grassroots Fund, administered by Point North, for charitable groups working near sites where the Banks Group is proposing or progressing property developments in County Durham, Darlington, Northumberland, Stockton-on-Tees, Tyne and Wear and Yorkshire.
