Grants of up to £1,000 from North Yorkshire Council's Inspire Fund for not-for-profit groups trying something new: new community events and activities, start-up costs for new projects or services, and small reusable equipment needed for a new activity. Projects should contribute to prevention and reducing health inequalities, community resilience or social regeneration. Ongoing costs, large capital items, staff costs, individuals, businesses and schools are not funded. Speak to your local Communities Team first; decisions take about 20 working days. There is no fixed deadline, so you can apply at any time while funds last.
