Torfaen County Borough Council invites community groups, voluntary organisations and local charities operating in Torfaen to apply for grants of up to £1,000 from the Welsh Church Fund. Projects must show clear community benefit and fit the charitable purposes of the scheme, set out in the fund guidelines in the application pack. Applicants need to send recent accounts, a bank statement less than three months old and their constitution. The deadline is 8am on Monday 23 November 2026, but the scheme may close without notice once the money is used up. Individuals in hardship can be referred separately through the council's Early Intervention and Prevention Hub.
