The Home Office is planning future funding for violence against women and girls services. They are holding market engagement sessions to discuss two funds. The VAWG Helplines Fund will support eleven national helplines offering free, confidential advice. The VAWG Victim Advocacy Support Fund will support seven national advocacy services providing one-to-one support. These sessions are to gather input before the actual funding opens. No funding amounts are specified yet. The deadline for engagement is 20 May 2026.
Key requirements:
- Must provide VAWG-related services
- Market engagement only, not funding application
This is for organisations that provide violence against women and girls services. You should attend if you run helplines or advocacy services that could bid for future funding. This is market engagement, not the actual funding opportunity yet.

REPEAT NOTICE - The Home Office is seeking organisations to take part in market engagement ahead of future funding opportunities supporting victims and others affected by violence against women and girls (VAWG). The sessions will cover both a national VAWG Helplines Fund and a VAWG Victim Advocacy Support Fund. The VAWG Helplines Fund will support a suite of eleven national helplines providing free, confidential advice and support on VAWG related harms. The VAWG Victim Advocacy Support Fund will support delivery of seven national advocacy services that provide accessible, specialist one-to-one support for victims of violence against women and girls, for those who are least likely to be able to access support locally.
