Cynllun Grant Gwella Asedau Sector Cyhoeddus 4G+ Uchelgais Gogledd Cymru - MoD

This grant helps public sector organisations in North Wales upgrade assets to support 4G and 5G mobile networks. It can fund improvements to lighting columns, power supplies, access points, structures, or fibre and ducts. The grant can cover up to 100% of eligible capital costs. However, it is paid in arrears, so you must be able to fund the project upfront and prove you have the financial ability to do so. Once upgraded, assets must be made available to all mobile network operators on an open, non-exclusive basis. The maximum grant available is £132,500.

This grant is for public sector organisations in North Wales, including bodies such as local councils or the Ministry of Defence. You must own or manage assets like lighting columns, power supplies, or ducts that could support mobile network infrastructure. It is not for private businesses or charities.
