BFI Good Work Programme for Screen

The BFI is offering up to £1.95 million in National Lottery funding to deliver the next phase of its Good Work Programme for Screen. The money covers January 2027 to March 2029, split across three funding periods. It pays for resources, training, advice, and support to help SMEs and Heads of Department across the screen industries adopt fair and good work practices. The BFI will make a single award to one lead organisation. That organisation must have a strong track record of engaging with the UK screen sector on good work topics. It must also have specialist knowledge of HR and UK employment law, either in-house or through delivery partners. The programme must cover Film and TV production, VFX, Animation, Exhibition, Distribution, Screen Heritage, and Games. Applications close at midday on 5 October 2026.
